This has allowed Dave and Michele to enjoy their work and their new mountain life knowing that their mortgage repayments on the Lodge are comfortably covered. April ’06 saw the opening of Rosco’s Surf Lodge on France’s Silver Coast. With a limited budget, Ross had looked around for some time before buying his Lodge. With incredible determination and effort he spent the entire winter renovating it from a dilapidated state into a shiny new guest house with all mod cons. The value of the property has appreciated by 40% due to the improvements made and once operational Ross has been able to rely on BoardnLodge to supply a stream of customers so that he has been able to concentrate on what he does best – being a great host and surf instructor.
